FADING OUT

ABOUT:

The light is slowly fading out. You must make it to the portal before the light fades out completely. Collect light orbs to keep the darkness at bay. And avoid collecting things that might make the light fade quicker. 

FADING OUT is a simple, 2D platformer game playable in browser and can be downloaded on Windows devices for FREE.

HOW TO PLAY:

Move - Arrow keys or WASD

Return to Menu - E

Boost Jump - Up arrow or W (while in midair)

Wall climb - Up arrow or W (while touching the side of a vertical wall)

SOME HELPFUL TIPS:

- To get the most height of out your boost jump, wait until you are at max height after jumping to perform your boost jump.

- To get the most distance out of your boost jump, wait as long as possible after jumping to perform your boost jump.

- You can wall climb on the sides of vertical walls. This can be handy when needing to avoid dark orbs as well as providing an alternative path to victory in some cases. 

- You can wall climb the sides of spinning platforms as well, but only at certain points in the platform's rotation.

- Be cautious when jumping off of spinning platforms as jumping off a spinning platform may cause you to boost jump immediately instead of just doing a regular jump.
